how to get notified when facebook leads come in – rules

It can be very useful to generate leads! Why? The form data is prefilled already (because Facebook knows quite a lot from its users).

When running ads, you don’t want to check all the time when leads come in.

A simple way to get notified is to implement a rule.

Go to Campaigns (or Ad Set level or Ads level) to create a rule.

Choose “Add Rule”

Use the settings below to get your leads send to you each time a lead come in:

• condition: Leads > 0
• Emails: enter the persons that should receive an email.
  You cannot add just everyone, they must have a role on the corresponding Facebook Page.
