Thrivecart: from buying over requirements to setting it up

I was looking for a decent Payment Platform that were compliant with quite some needs:

creating of funnels: order bumps, up-sells, down-sells, …
easy Affiliate Management: so I don’t have to manually follow up
integration with payment providers: Stripe, Paypal, Authorize.net
Hopefully they will soon integrate with a partner to support: Bancontact & iDeal as well (two popular payment methods in the region where I live)
Tax calculation / Invoice generation: this one can also be a time-sucker
Preferably: a hosted solution (for performance reasons , separating systems)
